Hengtong announced G654 ultra low-loss, large-effective area fiber and FTTX system solution at CommunicAsia2016 on May 31.

The high-tech product, G654 ultra low-loss, large-effective area fiber was designed for 100/400 G optical fiber communication system with high speed and large capacity, which has made breakthroughs in 30 key technologies. This pioneered R&D result has been commercially viable for world famous land mainline and submarine cable communication engineering.

Hengtong also introduced new cables and solutions concerning FTTX, marine communication, rail, ODN 4.0 and OPGW, winning commendation.
